Two years after the assassination of Palestinian martyr Dr. Refaat Alareer his legacy and written work continue to make a profound impact on the movement for Palestinian liberation and self-determination globally, with a particular emphasis on the plight of Palestinian people in Gaza, where Dr. Alareer was an author, poet, and English professor who influenced thousands of Palestinian writers and intellectuals.

The parents of Palestinian martyr Dr. Refaat Alareer, supported by Refaat's brother Adel, have unfortunately had their family fundraiser mismanaged by a sponsor in the US and are out roughly $20,000 as a result. This family means support and it is politically and morally important that we show up for them.
